Hi everyone! Welcome to my blog! I began this almost four years ago and this second invitation is for friends on social media. I have dabbled in the world of writing for a few years and this is my first adventure to publishing for anyone to read. I am a Southern girl born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, married for 38 years to my best friend, Bill who is a Greenville, SC native. We have lived in both cities and currently we are in the upstate of South Carolina. We have one adult son. I love the beach, flower gardening, biking, swimming, watching college football and most of all studying God’s word.

I hope to inspire and encourage readers with stories and devotions gleaned from my life as a wife, mother, daughter, friend, former banker, shipping document specialist, public school teacher and restaurant marketing director. All these titles tell you what I have done, but they do not define who I am. My identity is in Jesus Christ, the hope within me. So, I invite you to join me as I walk day to day seeking His will and doing life with Him.
